Booking Conditions


1) The reservation services on this website is the responsibility of KOH TAO TICKETS.com

2) KOH TAO TICKETS.com does not accept any liability for lost luggage, injuries, damages and so forth to physical things, life, equipment and so forth.

3) Prices are subject to change without notice.

4) KOH TAO TICKETS.com can be held responsible for delays caused by bad weather, acts of nature, overbookings, mechanical failures and other occurences. This includes any costs incurred due to missed flights and or other means of travelling onwards.

5) Ununsed tickets cannot be re-imbursed. If guest(s) does not arrive for trip there is no refund.

6) Payments are non-refundable, however, unused tickets can be creditted towards another trip if cancelled with no less than 72 hours prior to departure.

7) If a trip is cancelled the ticket price will be fully refunded. KOH TAO TICKETS.com will strive to inform guest(s) of any delays, cancellations and so forth, however, the guest(s) accept that notification might not always be possible and guest(s) accept that KOH TAO TICKETS.com will not be held liable for any costs incurred by guest(s) due to cancellations. Tickets, however, will be fully refunded or funds will be creditted towards another trip.

8) Getting to and from point of departure is the responsibility of the guest(s) unless otherwise noted.

9) In case of tickets being booked to close to departure (usual with 24 hours or less to departure time) we retain the right to cancel booking and refund payment. Bookings made for special holiday periods such as Songkran, Chinese New Yer, Easter, Christmas and New Year must be made atleast 1 week prior to departure.

10) The passengers shall be allowed to carry only personal belonging onboard. Other items shall be charged as per our cargo tariff rate.

11) Passengers are required to check in at our service counter at least 30 minutes before departure time.

12) For opened round trip ticket, please confirm your reservation at our local office 48 hrs in advance for seat availability and convenience.

13) Please keep your valuable or fragile belonging with yourselves at all time. KOH TAO TICKETS.com shall not be responsible for any losses and damages incurred to your belonging in any cases.

14) KOH TAO TICKETS.com shall not be responsible and entitled to absorb any expenses for those passengers who have connected time between trips less than 5 hours.

15) Time table provided is only estimated and may vary without prior notice subject to weather conditions or any uncontrollable factors such as traffics, force of nature and government precaution or procedures. KOH TAO TICKETS.com shall not be responsible to absorb any expenses incurred.

16) Smoking is not allowed for all passengers inside the passenger cabin either in our VIP buses or our boats.

17) If free transfer is applicable, KOH TAO TICKETS.com should be notified during booking procedure. If informed later, fees apply.
