    • The Business partner shall notify the hotel in writing of any cancellation prior to the minimum notice dates, otherwise a late cancellation charge will apply as follows: High Season: 08 January 12-30 April 12 and 15 July 12-31 August 12 No penalty will be incurred if the cancellation is received by the hotel up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (by hotel) Will be Applied 20% of the total of the reservation (By Partner) A penalty equivalent to the contract rate of full length of stay will be charged for cancellations within 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Peak Season: 24 December 11-07 January 12 and Full Moon Periods No penalty will be incurred if the cancellation is received by the hotel up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. (by hotel) Will be Applied 20% of the total of the reservation (By Partner) A penalty equivalent to the contract rate of full length of stay will be charged for cancellations within 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Low Season: 01 November 11-13 December 11 and 01 September 12-31 October 12 No penalty will be incurred if the cancellation is received by the hotel up to 3 days prior of the scheduled arrival date.
