Question: How do I get my ticket?
Once you have paid, you will receive your ticket via email in HTML format

Question: I am going from Bangkok. Do you also sell train and airplane tickets?
No. We offer a combined VIP Airconditioned bus / high speed ferry solution.
Question: I am coming from Surat Thani, can you help?
Sorry. Surat Thani is simple not a good solution, whereever you are arriving from.
Question: Do you offer transfers from Bangkok Airport to departure point in Bangkok?
No, but any taxi driver in Bangkok knows Khaosarn Road. You will not get lost.
Question: I need to change my tickets, is that possible?
Yes it is. Please use the form below and supply your ticket number(s).
Question: I did not receive my ticket, but I already paid. Why?
There could be several reasons, but the most likely is that our email to you has been blocked by your spam or junk filter. Please add our email address to your address book or white list us to ensure you get your tickets. Also, please allow up to 24 hours before you contact us about missing tickets. Usually we will actually send you the tickets within minutes, but in rare instances it can take up to twenty four hours.
Question: I need to buy a ticket for a departure which leaves in less than 24 hours, is that possible?
Yes it is. However, for some reason if we are unable to send you the ticket quickly enough we simply cancel your payment, so nothing has been lost.
Question: I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?
We only accept credit cards and PAYPAL payments. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Question: What currencies do you support?
Payments with our standard payment gateway will be charged in THAI BAHT whereas PAYPAL payments support US$.
Question: When should I check in for departure?
Generally you should be ready at departure point minimum 45 minutes prior to arrival. However, we recommend you allow ample time for traffic, lost taxi drivers etc.
Question: I heard you offer free transfer to the departure point, is that correct?
We currently only offer this service for bookings from/to Koh Samui. We offer free transfer from either your the airport or your resort to Bangrak Pier.
Question: When I purchased my ticket, I did not inform you of my arrival times in Samui Airport or where I stay? What do I do?
Please simply call the number of The Samui Office, which is printed on your ticket.
